Membership Categories:

Founding Member (Maximum of 20): $7500  (this membership catagory is closed)
Any person or company otherwise eligible to be a Captive Member or Industry Member. Founding Members will receive certain industry benefits in addition to standard membership, including a guaranteed seat on the Board of Directors for the first two years and recognition as a Founding Member for the duration of their membership.

Captive Member: $500
Any licensed captive insurer.

Industry Member: $950
Any person or company other than a licensed captive insurer.
