NEW! The Delaware Insurance Commissioner's office has recently rolled out a very user friendly website for the Delaware captive insurance program. The site contains information regarding why you should form a captive in Delaware, how to form a captive in Delaware and how to redomesticate a captive to Delaware, along with the requisite forms. Also included under the Forms link are forms necessary to become an approved service provider.
