Cancellation Policy - Written cancellations received on or before September 19, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. Due to hotel and staffing commitments all cancellations received after September 19, 2024, and all no-shows are not eligible for a refund. However, substitutions are permitted in advance and on-site.
